details

This was the renovation and rebranding of an existing four story 91 room hotel in the heart of Charleston on Meeting Street. Formerly, The King Charles Inn, the renovation included a total redesign of the lobby area and exterior pool area. The existing restaurant and bar were opened up to the pool area, and the pool was raised to eliminate grade change. The interior and guestrooms were all totally renovated, and an area overlooking the pool was renovated to a hospitality suite.

The exterior of hotel renovation included opening up the lobby to the exterior with large glass openings, moving stair, redesign of entry canopy, new color scheme, and other exterior refinements.
