Concord Park descriptionOur firm was part of the Architectural team with Niles Bolton, Sasaki Associates, and Wood Partners on this design competition for a major mixed-use project for the City of Charleston at Concord Park. The project included 160 + condominium units over 30,000 + sq. ft. of retail, an office building, a 50 room hotel and plaza over a structured parking level of 200 + cars. Estimated construction cost was $75-$80 million.

Daniel Island Office/Retail descriptionThe firm designed a two-story 21,000 sq. ft. office/retail building as part of the Publix Shopping Center complex on Daniel Island. The building includes ground floor retail space, a common lobby/elevator core for the second floor office space. The building was designed to fit the urban fabric of the Daniel Island Commercial district and includes a combination of brick, stucco, and cast stone elements. The firm also had to seek approvals from the City of Charleston Corridor Review Board and the Daniel Island Property Association for the design.

King and Woolfe Street descriptionThis is a mixed-use retail/office residential development on King at Woolfe Street near the newly announced Midtown development. The project is the renovation of an existing 2-story building at 526 King Street, and a construction of a new building of 3 floors adjacent and to the north of the existing building.
The project will have ground level retail/restaurant in the existing building and the new building facing King Street. The second floors of these two buildings will have office space.
