CSU Athletic Center descriptionThe Athletic Center is a new building located on campus at the north end of the stadium track/football field. Phase 1 includes football locker and support space, showers, training room, laundry, both men’s and women’s track locker rooms including showers and coaches offices. Phase 1 is approximately 12,800 sq. ft.
Future plans include:
Phase 2: 8,000 sq. ft. including football coaches offices, and team meeting rooms.

CSU Christian Leadership Center description The Christian Leadership Building is a two-story conference, lecture, classroom and faculty office building of 25,000 sq. ft. to be located in the center of CSU campus across from the new Science Center and adjacent to a major planned campus pedestrian spine. The firm has completed the programming, schematic design, design development and cost estimates for this project. The design incorporates many sustainable design features, and materials were selected to fit in with the context of the CSU campus. CSU Dormitory Renovations description The firm provided A/E services to renovate four Residence Halls on campus. The existing buildings are three story stucco covered buildings with flat roofs. The scope of work included the design for new standing seam metal gabled roofs, repairs and painting of stucco walls, installation of new replacement windows, integration of new HVAC units to heat/cool hallways and common areas, repairs and replacement of water supply lines and drains in dormitory room showers. Work is to be completed for each phase over the summer months so that the residence halls are operational/functional for the fall. The project is broken into two phases so each wing can be renovated over two successive summers per the university’s request. Sottile Theatre descriptionNBBJ/Goff-D'Antonio Associates developed a theater renovation and master plan along with a phasing plan to completely renovate and expand this 800-seat theater for a variety of performance capabilities. The theater is used for performances of Spoleto Festival USA as well as by the College of Charleston and other groups. The theater is designed for opera, orchestral presentations, theater and dance performances. Under the masterplan, various items were addressed including life safety code compliance, handicap accessibility, creation of an orchestra pit, stage and technical improvements, addition of backstage and performance areas, addition of main floor and balcony side boxes, improvements and relocation of concession and restroom facilities and front of house functions, as well as mechanical, electrical lighting and acoustic improvements.
The first phase of work included the expansion of the orchestra pit and re-roofing. The second phase included improvements to the stage and addition of backstage performers facilities, lobby, restrooms and second floor lobby addition, mechanical, electrical, lighting and acoustic improvements and exterior renovations and additions. clientSottile Theatre locationCollege of Charleston medialink
